What products does EliteByChanty offer?

We offer a thoughtfully selected range of facial care, body care, and at-home spa essentials. Our growing collection includes facial skincare and spa sets, body butter, sugar scrubs, eucalyptus and mint shower steamers, under-eye patches, and lip masks.

Are your products safe to use?

Our products are carefully selected to meet quality and safety standards. Always follow the usage instructions and review the product's ingredient information before use.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within South Africa only.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are shipped via Aramex and usually arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders of R500.01 or more within South Africa. Standard shipping on smaller orders and Express shipping are charged at the rates shown at checkout, based on your delivery address and order details.

What is your return policy?

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Opened or used beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll assist you as quickly as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email to monitor the delivery through Aramex.
