Shipping policy

At Elite by Chanty, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within South Africa only.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery We ship via Aramex courier. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Cost Standard shipping is free on orders of R500.01 or more within South Africa. Standard shipping on smaller orders and Express shipping are charged at the rates shown at checkout, based on your delivery address and order details.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery through the Aramex website.

Delays While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Elite by Chanty is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
