Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within South Africa only.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped via Aramex. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is free on orders of R500.01 or more within South Africa. Standard shipping on smaller orders and Express shipping are charged at the rates shown at checkout, based on your delivery address and order details.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery through Aramex.

DELAYS

We work hard to meet the delivery estimates above, but delays can occasionally occur because of courier services, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
